LEGISLATIVE PROPOSAL: The Pharmacist’s Conscience Clause
Senator Eichelberger will introduce a measure giving pharmacists who believe that life begins at conception the option not to fill prescriptions for abortifacients such as RU-486. There are currently legislative efforts afoot by the state’s pro-abortion lobby to force pharmacists to fill prescriptions for these drugs, even if the pharmacist believes that doing so may result in the termination of a life.
Senator Eichelberger is committed to protecting unborn human life, and this bill is an important advancement for that cause.
STATUS
This legislation is currently being researched and prepared by Senator Eichelberger’s legislative policy team. Information on its status will be posted on this site immediately upon completion.
