Carla Ruscio

Carla Ruscio is a Legislative Assistant in the Blair County District Office. Carla has fifteen years of experience working in education, most recently as the Office Manager in Business Operations at Penn State Altoona. Carla’s goal is to provide every constituent of the 30th Senatorial District with exemplary customer service.

Carla is a lifelong resident of Blair County, and lives in Altoona with her husband, Michael, and two children, Ashley and Ryan.
