That pretty much says it all

Day 39 without a real budget.  After my men's fellowship
meeting this morning, I got some office work done,
mowed my grass, went to a ribbon cutting at the newly
renovated Roaring Spring Library and ended the day
at a picnic and auction in Martinsburg.  I talked to
more people who don't want a tax increase.  I was told
by one man that he had to cut back on his spending this
year and expected us to do the same.  That pretty much
says it all.
