They see things that people too close to the process miss

I spent almost the entire day on the road or at the Cornerstone Television program over by Pittsburgh. I did an hour-long show at 1:00 and needed to be there by 12:00. I think that it went well. The subject was the Marriage Amendment. The folks there couldn’t have been nicer. I met a lot of the staff and was asked to come back and play music sometime, that would be fun. We had a studio audience that asked me questions for about half of the program. They had some good ideas about getting the public involved in this issue and wanted to know more about what they could do to help. We beefed up my website today to provide more information and are working on some other things that should be beneficial. It’s always good to get the perspective of people from outside of the government system. Often times, they see things that people too close to the process miss.
