Constitutional Amendment to Define Marriage

 

On Tuesday, May 19, 2009, Senator John H. Eichelberger, Jr. will hold a rally and press conference to announce his intention to introduce legislation to amend the Pennsylvania Constitution to define marriage as being between one man and one woman.
