Representatives Dick Hess and Carl Metzgar joined me for the Bedford Chamber’s Legislative Breakfast this morning. We answered questions to a large crowd of business people at the Arena Restaurant. I left there and went to Northern Bedford High School to attend a presentation and tour of their Classrooms for the Future program. The kids had topics that they researched and did presentations on for a state-wide competition, NBC won in one category and those students are coming soon to the capitol to display their projects and be recognized. One of the projects used super heroes to demonstrate their point. The super heroes were space age looking muscular men with Dick Hess and I’s heads attached to their bodies. We got a big charge out of it and the students promised to email me their work. Maybe my staff will pay more attention to me now.
