Makes you wonder, doesn’t it

I had a town hall meeting tonight in Bellwood, the turn out was light, but we had an inquisitive group of people that were concerned about the things the government in Harrisburg is doing. Two newspapers were there and I will be interested to see how they cover the event. I have gone through a lot of email over the past week and opened one today from a state employee who doesn’t want controls on state vehicles. We have had reports of some state employees taking vehicles out of state on vacation and generally just using state vehicles how they please without regard to the generous benefit they have and how much their abusive behavior hurts the taxpayers. There is no excuse for a state employee to complain about a bill that would put some controls on abusive behavior, unless they engage in that abusive behavior themselves. To make matters worse, the person complaining works for the State Police, makes you wonder, doesn’t it.
