There was an AP story out today saying that the man who’s pickup truck struck Senator Jim Rhoades was drunk and charged with numerous things including vehicular homicide. According to the story, his blood alcohol level was four times that of the legal limit and he swerved over the yellow line directly into Jim’s car. If this holds true, this was an awful circumstance in the unfortunate death of Jim. Now the family will have to live through the trial of this individual and relive the accident again. What a shame.
