Senator Eichelberger Meets with Advisory Panels

On Tuesday, January 13, 2009, Senator John H. Eichelberger, Jr. held a series of meetings with his eight different advisory panels at the Hollidaysburg Office, where he exchanged ideas with individuals in the 30th District for the 2009-2010 Legislative Session. The advisory panels were formed in the fall of 2008 by Sen. Eichelberger and cover the following areas: seniors, veterans, emergency management services, health, agriculture, business, sportsmen, and religion/pro-family. Members of the advisory panels cover a wide-range of expertise and knowledge in their respective areas and will serve until Senator Eichelberger’s term ends in 2010.
“The expertise the folks from the district bring to me is extremely valuable. They provide real world solutions to the problems we face in today’s economy,” said Eichelberger.
