Joining Citizens to Highlight America’s Abortion Problem

 

On Thursday, January 22, 2009, Senator John H. Eichelberger, Jr. will travel by bus from Huntingdon, PA to Washington, D.C. to participate in the 36th Annual March for Life.  He will join citizens from the 30th District to show his support for the pro-life movement and draw Washington’s and the nation’s attention to the unborn, those who are denied the right to life.

 

“We have had almost 50 million abortions in this country since the Roe versus Wade decision 36-years-ago.  Millions of Americans have marched in our nation’s capitol protesting this tragedy.  I am proud to stand with many from our area in this year’s March for Life and fight for the unborn who cannot fight for themselves,” said Eichelberger.
