I am still at the office at 8:30 and working on things for my news conference tour tomorrow. I dealt with some more media today on issues like my year end report, Bonusgate and why Pennsylvania didn’t move up their Primary election this year. In this job, you never know what someone is going to ask you and that’s o.k. with me. I worked with staff today, several scheduled meetings and issues in general, and met with one constituent in Huntingdon County. I have a busy remainder of the week with early mornings every day and trips to several of the counties. A couple of the interesting facts we uncovered for tomorrow’s newsers are that I attended about 250 events in 2007 and drove my blue truck over 24,000 miles on Senate business. I knew that I was on the road a lot, but I was surprised to see these figures, no wonder Lillie misses me.
