We’re back in Harrisburg and busy with appointments and events. I got through a fair amount of paperwork today and did some media interviews on my bonus ban legislation that is scheduled to go through the State Government Committee tomorrow. I will be on hand at the meeting to answer any questions. I expect the bill to get through the committee easily and the full Senate easily as well. It will be interesting to hear any arguments against it. I had dinner tonight with the state FOP group and Senator Pat Browne. We mostly went over pension issues for municipal police officers. Their current proposal is to combine the many individual pension funds into one state-wide fund. The Senate Finance Committee will hold several hearings on this, starting on Wednesday. I am on the Finance Committee.
