I have spent yet another week in

Harrisburg with many items on my schedule.  The past couple of weeks have been interesting as we move towards the June 30^th budget deadline.  Publicly, the Senate leadership has committed to a lean budget, with no tax increase, and before the deadline.  This will be no small task and my hope is they are right. 

As you may know, I have committed to not mail any newsletters with in my district.  I think that with technology, there is no need to waste taxpayer dollars on printing and mailing a campaign piece just so you see my face.  Instead, I have created an email newsletter that will hit your inbox about 3 times a year.  As you can see by the layout and the content, this will not be a puff piece to promote myself.  My goal is to include content that is relevant to my job as your State Senator and give you an inside look into state government.  This is the first issue, and I hope you continue to read “Inside with EICH”.
